Registration Specialist

Main job description ; Handle the process of products’ registration as required by relevant Government regulations for local & export market.

Job responsibilities:-

• Prepare material safety datasheets and technical datasheets of all existing products.
• Ensure that all new and existing products are registered correctly at the Government Authorities.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Report regularly to the management on regulatory changes, legal and licensing issues affecting the industry.
• Follow up the registration process of products with Government Authorities or Regulators on behalf of the management and as required.
• Present certificates of analysis to the relevant Government Authorities on products’ specifications in close coordination with Quality Control Department and as required.
• Prepare toxicity reports of products in close coordination with the Quality Control Department.
• Provide customers with the needed registration information, legal and licensing documents.
• Provide quality control and sales teams with requirements (if any) for packaging labels, and promotional and technical literature, for regulation compliance.
• Ensure that all products’ required documentation exists and is well maintained

Job Requirement:-

• Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration or any related field
• 5 years’ experience in registrations, agricultural and chemical science.
• Jordanian Nationality.
