Fertilize houseplants in Pakistani

Pakistani homes are famous for their houseplants, and agriculture in general is of great importance to the people of Pakistan, as Pakistani agriculture is the most important resource for the Pakistani economy. As is the case in Pakistan, there are many of us who have freshly planted houseplants in the office or home and often do not need fertilizer in the first 3 months, but after that they need to apply fertilizer regularly to keep them in good condition, because they are found in an environment different from their environment. It makes them weaker than before with age because this environment runs out of natural nutrients because the plant consumes them during their growth phase. 

Therefore, ornamental plants need at the beginning of their life to the main nutrients for their growth and for the flowers and leaves to be of the ideal size. There are key elements to nourish and fertilize houseplants, and it is called compound fertilizer: 

1-Phosphorous 

It is an important nutrient for improving soil properties, plant growth and root system completeness. 

2- Nitrogen 

One of the most important nutrients, it encourages the completion of vegetative growth at the beginning of the life of plants, and we focus on this on foliar fertilization, which is called nitrogen fertilization. 

3-Potassium 

It helps to encourage the flowering system, which is next to the stage of vegetative growth, and we focus on this element in the fertilization of flowering plants. 

Fertilization dates: 

Most of the plants enter into a resting winter period, so growth is limited and slow. Fertilizers apply only in small quantities and at long intervals, but in the summer and spring period, it is the best time for ornamental plants to grow.

1- Most of the time, indoor plants do not need to be fertilized except at occasional intervals, and their green leaves are seen to have no or symptoms. 

2- Indoor ornamental plants in particular are those that need more care than outdoor plants due to their lack of direct exposure to natural factors. 

3- Fertilizing plants is not the basis for directly affecting the growth of plants, especially ornamental, while on the contrary, the fruits of vegetables and fruits.
